Due to the nature of the services, this will be considered executed when contracting the service, and therefore the right of withdrawal established in Law 3/2014, of March 27, on the Defence of Consumers and Users, is not applicable.  

However, we offer returns in some complex products (see each product description), and we understand that there may be other special cases can occur, in which a refund is possible. For example:

• In case you have had a technical issue with the download, but the payment has been made, you can contact us and we will resend you the file.
• Unintentional double purchases

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exemptions: This return policy is limited to one product per order and person.

Shipping: Since these are digital products, it does not make sense to return the product to the supplier, in this case, our store, so the refund for the return of the amount will be made without the need to return the product.

A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we have received the request to return a product, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund to the contact method provided. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (such as discount cards), within a certain number of days.

Sale items (where applicable)
They may also be refunded, for an amount equal to the price of the product at the time of purchase, regardless of the sale price in the web store at any other time.
